MEDPOINT – Accredited Conference Report Series
This Conference Report Series meets the quality and accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been determined by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada to meet the criteria for a Self-Learning: Scanning Activity under the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program. The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) office, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University, designates this Conference Report Series for a maximum of 0.5 Mainpro-M1 and 0.5 Self-Learning: Scanning Activity credit per conference report. This educational activity should be completed within 1 year.
What is MedPoint?
  • MedPoint is an Accredited Conference Report Series resulting from a partnership between Medical Education Network (MedNet) and McGill University - Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • MedPoint provides specialists, primary care physicians and other health professionals with updated and relevant information from a broad range of accredited conferences worldwide in all therapeutic areas.
  • An independent Scientific Committee selects the conferences and topics covered in each conference report (CR).
  • Reviewers trained in accreditation standards, assess the CRs’ objectivity and relevance.
